Can you provide examples of similar supplements you’ve worked on?
In line with industry norms, we are required to maintain the confidentiality of the name
and products of our clients, however, we can provide you the sample of products according
to your requirement, for trial purposes.
What quality standards do you adhere to?
- MeSTI, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal.
- We are a Halal-satisfied factory, if Halal cert is one of your requirements, we will help to apply Halal for individual products.

Can you customize formulas to meet our specific requirements?
We offer full customization of formulas to align with your unique specifications and target
market preferences.
Can I provide the formula and you help to source the ingredient and create the production?
Sure, we will help to source the ingredients and manage the production. However, it will be
subjected to the ingredient’s availability.
Do I need to get every certificate ready before proceeding with printing?
Not necessary. Once the product is ready, we can print the logo of MeSTI, SGS (if any) on
the packaging.
What is the information needed for the certificate application?
You will need to get ready with your Company SSM, Company Address, Contact No., and
Email Address.
Do you provide any product training?
Yes, we will send you the product training deck too (in pdf).
What is your process for developing packaging concepts?
- We will need to know your preferred dosage form, followed by introducing you the
appropriate container/packaging (sachet, bottle), box, carton.
- Pertaining to designing files, we will require your drawing to save in an AI file.
